Who can drive (eligibility & documents)
International visitors can be the main and sole driver with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) — no Korean license required. Drivers must be 26 or older with at least 2 years of driving experience. Bring your IDP, your home-country driving license, and the passport used to book; the name on the IDP must match your passport exactly.
Insurance & deductible
Insurance is priced separately from the vehicle rental. Choose a base self-damage cover (CDW) with a deductible, or Super Cover for a zero deductible with cover for single-vehicle accidents, wheel/tire damage and limited roadside help (battery jump-start and post-accident towing up to 10 km). Supercars and some imported cars are not eligible for Super Cover.
Airport pickup & shuttle
Take our free shuttle from Jeju International Airport: exit Gate 5 on the 1st floor, cross the crosswalk twice, walk to the Rental Car House and board the Galaxy shuttle at Area 8-3. Airport → office runs 07:50–21:45; office → airport runs 06:30–20:00 (last shuttle 20:00).
Deposit, payment & cancellation
No deposit and no credit-card hold — show your license and passport at pickup and drive away. You can cancel on the booking-lookup page; a cancellation fee may apply, and cancellations within 24 hours of pickup do not refund the reservation deposit.
FAQ
Can I rent with an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
Yes. An IDP holder can be the sole driver (no Korean license needed), aged 26+ with 2+ years’ experience. Bring your IDP, home-country license and passport.
Is insurance included in the price?
Insurance is priced separately from the vehicle rental; the checkout total already includes the cover you select, with no hidden fees.
